Please leave us your name, phone number, and the items you would like to return or exchange. A Loriet representative will process your request and contact you within 1 business day.
You have up to 45 days to make you returns and exchanges.
For automatic refund or exchange, returned merchandise must be unworn, with all hangtags attached, and accompanied by a copy of the original packing list/invoice.
In the case of a defect after a product has already been worn, Loriet will evaluate the cause of the problem before issuing an exchange or store credit.
