Shipping Options

We offer both standard and express delivery:

Standard
Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 3 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Express Shipping
Orders placed with Express Shipping by 12:00 pm ( noon ) ET will ship by the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations usually arrives within 3 to 4 business days after the ship date. Express Shipping is not available for Alaska , Hawaii , U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO , or FPO addresses.  Not all items are available for Express Shipping.


Shipping Carriers

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEX.


Estimating Delivery Dates

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.  Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


Shipments to International Addresses

RETURNS

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority.

If an item you ordered from Lorietsports.com does not meet your expectations, send us an email at sales@LorietSports.com or leave us a message at (347) 404-5542 to receive a return authorization number (RA#). Please leave us your name, phone number, and the items you would like to return or exchange. A Loriet representative will process your request and contact you within 1 business day.

You have up to 45 days to make you returns and exchanges.

For automatic refund or exchange, returned merchandise must be unworn, with all hangtags attached, and accompanied by a copy of the original packing list/invoice.

In the case of a defect after a product has already been worn, Loriet will evaluate the cause of the problem before issuing an exchange or store credit.
